What are credits?
Credits are what Blockora spends when it generates or edits your site. Every plan includes a monthly allowance — Plus includes 2,000 credits a month and Business includes 6,000 — and every new account starts with a one-time balance of 20 free credits that never expires. Plan allowances refresh each billing period.
Do I own my site? Can I export it?
Your content is yours. Your sites are built, hosted and published inside Blockora, and they stay live as long as your account is in good standing. There is currently no code download or move-to-another-host export, so plan to keep your site with us.
Can I use my own domain? Is SSL included?
Yes. Connect your own domain to any published project: Plus covers up to 5 custom domains and Business up to 15, while the Free plan uses your Blockora address. Every connected domain gets free SSL (HTTPS) automatically.
What's the “Made with Blockora” badge?
A small floating link on your published sites that shows while you are on the Free plan. Upgrade to Plus or Business and it is removed automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the app whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period, then your account moves back to the Free plan with your projects still in it.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Allowances reset every billing period, so a quiet week brings you back to full. If a window runs out mid-cycle, Blockora can dip into your one-time credit balance when automatic credit use is switched on in billing — otherwise generations pause until the reset. There is no separate credit top-up to buy; upgrading gives you a bigger allowance.
